You can chat with us personally through Whatsapp from a mobile device by following these steps:

1. Open the app.

2. Choose the dropdown menu or open the settings.

3. Choose the "settings" option, your username should appear and on the right side there is the QR icon (in some cases it appears from step 2).

4. Touch the icon and your contact QR code will appear in a window titled "MY CODE".

5. Swipe the screen to the right or touch the title of the other window called "SCAN CODE".

6. The device's camera will open automatically and you will be directed to the chat of someone who will assist you.
